Located in the Catskill mountains, this luxury house was designed to have the best amenities that a family can enjoy during both seasons. Since this home is used by the family as a get-away from the dynamics of the City, the design has been developed to create and reflect calm, inviting, and cozy spaces.
Using the black color for the exterior was a bold move but turned to be a right one, because the house was almost blended w/ the surrounding environment. On the interior side, wood is mostly used to give the house that nature feeling,
House is sitting in a huge lot of land and having such a space, a big deck is designed to have a jacuzzi, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table, and also for a pool in the future. Back of the house is mostly rocky, and stairs were created to get over it so fire pit can be located there close to the forest.
